It was my birthday, and it was a pleasant surprise that they upgraded our room to a suite when we got there -even leaving a slice of cake as per my wife's request. They even had us check out an hour later, as we went there around 7 p.m. that night. The staff was very corteous (even the guards!). All I can say is, one night was just too short! We'll be staying there longer next time!

The property is a favorite go-to place for a family staycation, from its prime location to outstanding facilities and customer service. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding a personal touch to our stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable environment. Overall, it's a great value for a family getaway with other children.

Huge room, very clean and updated hotel, powerful shower, tv with streaming services built in, balcony, nice restaurants and breakfast on the property, location was great with many food places nearby, and 7-11 next door. Nice area business area of Makati.
