The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences

Author: (+) The rooms are all well maintained, and the staff were responsive. I liked the bright, contemporary, Picasso ish theme. Not all hotel rooms match the online depiction/description; i was not disappointed when I saw my room initially, after checking in.
(-) Router Inside room was erratic. The GM mentioned that I should have highlighted the problem to have it resolved.
As I was checking out, the GM came to meet me, and during the conversation, he mentioned that the aim of the staff and management was to exceed the norm in terms of service quality.I learned that I could avail myself to other facilities, which I was not aware of. I will definitely consider coming back here for future trips, as I feel at home here.
