Not too bad

(+) huge, new and clean room. great ala carte breakfast!

(-) No batteries in remote control. Not really a business hotel so don’t expect the usual. But service staff is warm and friendly.

I was quite disappointed to return late in the hotel to realize they switch off the hot water after midnight. No multi-plug adaptor for my laptop and no ironing board when i needed to iron my shirt urgently. Otherwise, i really like the art pieces and the fact the hotel is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of greenbelt.

Best Place To Stay

(+) Totally new Very hip Excellent service

(-) Location isn’t the best but its still good.

I have stayed all around Makati and this is the place to be. It’s all new and feels more like home than a hotel. They even had a cocktail party one evening with free food and drinks for guests and they went to great lengths to make it a nice evening. The food is good and the prices are very reasonable. The gym is also very good and the equipment is new and well maintained.

a nice get away hide away place

(+) strategically located in the heart of makati and accessible to all basic amenities needed for a serviced apartment unit

(-) it needs other amenities like game room, pool if space will be available coz its quite boring for the kids but ideal for business people. the rate is very closed to a 4 star hotel like new world but in terms of facilities it needs more offer to justify the cost.

its clean, nicely decorated for a standard hotel like ambiance.

Best I’ve stayed at in Makati..

(+) Great staff, clean and large rooms, good area and great breakfasts…

(-) As before, no where to hang your towel, so you can reuse it.

This is without a doubt the best place I have stayed at in Makati.. Big rooms, clean and great service from the staff.. Never had a drama here and you ask the staff for anything and its no problem.. Good area and the Salcedo markets are a stones throw away on a Saturday morning…

Restaurant Tip : Have to try the eggs downstairs at breakfast…

Great Choice For Makati

(+) Does not feel like a hotel. Very modern and clean. Nice staff

(-) Location is not ideal but still OK Kitchette is small and located directly beside the bathroom door (in my room at least).

I liked my stay here. I was there for a little over two weeks and I will go back if I’m in Manila again. The prices in the restaurant are good and they have a pretty good wine selection. The gym is not very good although they have all the necessary equipment. The rooms come with balconies which is rare and nice to have. The air conditioner wasn’t that great and only just managed to keep the room cool.

The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences

(+) Clean and spacious room. Friendly staffs. Free Broadband Internet Service. (WiFi setting required.) The CITIBANK and Convenient Stores (Mini Stop and Seven&Eleven) are located in just 5mins walk.

(-) No bathtub. A bit distance from the shopping area. (Glorietta, Landmark and Greenbelt)

I found this hotel quite cozy. The design of its facilities live up to its name, Picasso. Most of staffs are quite friendly and helpful. I would pick this hotel in my next visit to Manila.

Stylish and Chic

(+) Loved all the art decor within the hotel. The staff were very friendly and young. They were well spoken and looked great in their stylish uniform.

(-) I know it’s a service residence but i think some guests might appreciate a room service menu.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a fuss free stay. they have a restaurant and a deli below that is accessible. I love the layout of the room and the size is just perfect for 1 or 2. Incidentally i am looking at another holiday to Manila and Picasso Boutique will be my first choice. I would like to thank the staff for a pleasant stay

Shopping Tip : Once you get your bearings; you will find that Green belt, one of the biggest shopping areas are just 10 to 15min minute walk from Picasso.

Great Service!

(+) Free wifi with strong signal. Free basement parking. Beautiful and courteous staff. Great food.

(-) Small lobby

The staff were all very courteous and friendly. Was looking for somebody and the receptionist even went out of her way to help me. The complimentary wifi was fast and no problem with signal since our room has its own router. The food at the lobby is very good. Selection of wine was not that much but there are some good choice. parking was not a problem, most of the time the basement was just half full. My thanks to Ms Monica and the staff on a great service

Manila Holiday

(+) good location, great restaurant, easy access to taxi service, felt safe, convienient, decor was very pleasing, and pleasant staff.

(-) room was hot upon arrival and during night time. At least please have the air-con turned on prior to guest arrival. No iron and ironing board. No rob. Pillows were too soft. Room lighting was a bit dim. Room was NOT cleaned.

We heard about the Picasso Boutique through a friend and wanted to check it out for ourselves. We were pleasantly surprised by the décor, location, and proximity of your hotel to shopping and other restaurants. We stayed at your Malaga Studio. Your staff was very friendly and took good care of us. Even though it was a short stay, we even managed to use the service of your spa. The ambiance and food at the restaurant was good. There were few things we thought you could improve upon such as: 1. the room was hot upon arrival and during the night 2. the bed was hard and pillows were too soft and did not have the support 3. needs more lighting in the room as it was rather dim even with the curtains open 4. no ironing board or iron 5. No robs. Overall, it was a good experience and we will definitely recommend your property to our friends and colleagues.
