The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences

(+) modern and spacious rooms, free internet, great location and professional/friendly staff

(-) no game room or lounge and food was pricey with small portions. Room could use a microwave and iron board.

The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences are perfect for the single or business traveler looking for a nice, modern and medium upscale facility. It very hip and the staff is great and very helpful and accomodating. The price was decent and good for salcedo village. I would recommend this for the savy travler who like a nice boutique hotel experience.

Shopping Tip : within walking distance of Greenbelt shopping malls

(+) It is bramd new hotel

(-) The service in the restaurant. One waitrees is desagreeable.

The room sie is fine. The decoration is subrealist. Everithing is working good. It is a brad new hotel. Do not reserve in the rooms facing to Leviste St. The staff very nice but in the restaurant, very desagreeble. It is not included the breakfast, very expensive.

The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences

(+) The rooms are all well maintained, and the staff were responsive. I liked the bright, contemporary, Picasso ish theme. Not all hotel rooms match the online depiction/description; i was not disappointed when I saw my room initially, after checking in.

(-) Router Inside room was erratic. The GM mentioned that I should have highlighted the problem to have it resolved.

As I was checking out, the GM came to meet me, and during the conversation, he mentioned that the aim of the staff and management was to exceed the norm in terms of service quality.I learned that I could avail myself to other facilities, which I was not aware of. I will definitely consider coming back here for future trips, as I feel at home here.

This property is a great little secret

(+) Location, design, levels of sevice and food in resturant below

(-) needs a hottub/pool on the site to complete it.

Great hotel, good staff and great location anyone who is in manila and wants a nice hotel on a quiet street yet you are still close to everything.

Nightlife Tip : Go to Greenbelt malls for shopping and good nightlife

The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences

(+) Very spacious rooms, Very clean, Modern Architecture and Facilities

(-) No pool

We stayed at Picasso the day after my birthday. I was thinking relaxing because I know that we would be tired and exhausted after all the partying. My choices were to go to the spa or stay and relax in a hotel within the city. And I never regretted choosing the latter. Picasso was one of a kind. And it set the bar of boutique residences in the Philippines. Will definitely tell my friends about it.

Restaurant Tip: The restaurant Brasserie Boheme, is gaining popularity in Makati. And they have a lot of array of wines to choose from.

Great First Impression

(+) Very friendly and helpful staff, newly refurbished building, nice gym, great shower, good-sized studio rooms, good location – right beside the Saturday Salcedo Market

(-) The bed is a bit hard, the A/C works better in some rooms than others, not walking distance to the major shopping malls like Greenbelt or Glorieta.

For years, Makati City was lacking in good quality boutique-style hotels. Thankfully, The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences is now available as a great value and alternative for Makati area. This is an old building that was gutted out and tastefully refurbished. The highlight of my stay was the overall friendliness of the staff – from the moment I stepped into the lobby until check-out. Aside from the rather stiff bed mattress, the rooms are comfortable and quiet (especially when facing the rear). The shower is great and the A/C worked well. However, I discovered that not all rooms have the same A/C performance. I got a good deal from agoda and I’m glad to have tried this hotel. ALthough the facilites are adequate with no pool, I will definitely consider staying here again.

Restaurant Tip : If you are staying over a weekend, be sure to check out the Saturday Salcedo Market at the park beside the hotel. You’ll get a great dose of fresh Filipino food/snacks/products plus fresh meats and vegetables.?

Brand NEW… nice !

(+) Very new service apartment, boutique style, every room have own wifi. Nice location, not noisy even right on the street.

(-) Staff have little experience due to new hotel.

Very new boutique service apartment, nice bed setup and the bathroom is comfortable. Every room has it own WiFi router. Breakfast also very stylish, they serve by menu not buffet which I like very much. worth staying, and I will back !

Cute hotel with great location

(+) Good modern interior fit for the hotel name. The room is pretty clean and the staffs are quite attentive. Nice location in the alley but close to the main road in the finical district.

(-) The elevator is quite small.

This is my second stay at this hotel for my business trip. The hotel is well-located in the Makita, close to the Greenbelt (not walking distance thought) and a lot of restaurants around. The staffs are quite friendly in responding all my questions. The breakfast is good with a lot of choices form the menu to be ordered directly (not buffet). In general, it’s a really pleasant stay for me during my business trips.

a big room

(+) Great, friendly staff. Good location, and good breakfast.

(-) The room furnishing was sub-par. I had a suite which barely came with any furniture at all. A huge room, but no way to entertain.

I had a good stay at the Picasso. I would stay here again. The staff were really great – very useful, especially since it was my first visit to Manila. I stayed in a suite, but would not recommend this. The standard / deluxe room is sufficient… the suite is bigger, but poorly furnished

Restaurant Tip : Wake up for the breakfast. The eggs are worth getting out of bed for.
